General information

How do I book?

You can always book through our website and by also directly calling the campsite reception.


Is it possible to pay by credit card?

Yes.


Is there local public transport?

Yes, we have a free municipal bus. In the low season, there is a bus on Saturday at 10 am and at 1 pm. In the summer season, it passes at 10 am, at 1 pm and at 7 pm, every day. There is also a taxi service available.


If I leave before the intended stay, do I have to pay the full amount of the stay?

Yes, in the case of bungalows and plots.


Do you make any kind of discount?

Yes, retirees and large families may get a reduced price in some seasons.


Is the campsite's Wi-Fi free?

Each booking made directly with the campsite has 2 free Wi-Fi connections. This gratuity does not apply to the bookings through tour operators or if you’re already benefiting from a special promotion (ACSI, Camping Cheque, etc.).


Is it obligatory to wear the identification bracelet during the stay?

Yes, there are two models, one green for children from 4 to 11 and one orange for people over 12 years.


Can children be unattended at the pools?

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Camping plots

What are the departure times of the plots?

The maximum departure time for camping pitches is at 12 pm.


What does the parcel price include?

The price of the plot includes pitch + caravan or tent + car.


What is the maximum electrical capacity at the plots?

The power connection of the plots is 6 amps.


Do you rent fridges?

Yes, we have two models for rent, the small ones are about 1 m. and the large ones about 1.30 m. You can rent them when booking or when checking in.


Are barbecues allowed?

Yes, barbecues are allowed, but only with charcoal and if used at the plot. Open fires are not allowed. We have barbecues for rental at the reception.


Do you rent plots per season?

Yes. You can check the conditions at the reception.

Bungalows

What are the check-in and check-out times for bungalows?

The check-in is at 4 pm and the check-out at 11 am, although you may stay in our facilities until 8 pm.
During low season, and whenever possible, a late check-out can be done until 2 pm, at a small additional cost.


Do we have to clean the bungalow?

Yes. The day of the departure, you must leave the bungalow or mobile home as tidy and clean as you found it at your arrival. If it is not clean, part of the deposit will be charged for the cleaning.


Do you have air-conditioned bungalows? Is there a charge?

All our bungalows are air-conditioned except caravans and Lodge Africa.
The bungalows contracted directly with the campsite by phone or online booking have 6 hours of free air conditioning daily. For customers who booked through a TTOO, the air-conditioning is not included.


Can we rent cribs or high chairs for babies?

Yes, we have a kit for babies with a crib, a highchair and a baby bath available at the reception.


Are dogs or pets allowed in bungalows?

It is possible for some models. You may check it in before booking.


If we travel with two cars, can we enter with both of them?

No, it is only allowed a car for each bungalow. For the second car, you may rent a parking place, if available, or otherwise, park near the campsite.

Animation and Leisure

Are there shows or activities for children?

Yes, our entertainment team organises various types of entertainment and activities for both children and adults, although the number of activities and programs varies according to the season.


Can we rent bicycles?

Yes, please check our fares at the reception.


Do we have to pay for the fitness sessions?

No, they are all free for our customers. To join in, you just have to show up at the session.


At what age children are accepted in the Mini Club?

From the age of 4.


Is there a childcare service?

No there isn’t.


Do you sell tickets for Port Aventura or other parks?

Yes, at the campsite reception we have a wide range of activities outside the campsite that you can book.

Dogs

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are allowed in the campsite and in some bungalows, except the following races: Akita Inu, American Staffordshire Terrier, Tusi Inu, PitBull Terrier, Rotweiller, Argentine bulldog, Burgundy bulldog, Bullmastiff, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Doberman, Brazilian row, Japanese cough, Neapolitan mastiff, Canary prey.


Do I have to submit the documentation of my dog?

Yes. You must submit the vaccination certificate when you check in and you must also follow the rules established by the campsite (unleashed dogs are not allowed on the premises).


Can I take my dog to the beach?

According to the Council regulations of Vandellòs i L’Hospitalet de l’Infant: “Dogs and other domestic animals are not allowed on the beach during the tourist season, that is from June 1st to September 30th from 8 am to 10 pm, outside the times and places allowed by the municipality.
